Please see attached new access form to be used for internal ESBS access requests.

This should be used when requesting access to the below systems;

First tab for Core HR access on the Live Production environment only- including portal, back office and insight

Second tab for All other systems - Hive, PowerBI, Freshdesk and Sharepoint access

All access requests can be sent directly to the Quality Assurance team and we can liaise with the appropriate teams to action the request.
