Please be advised of the new operating times of the ESBS-ETB Payee Helpdesk phone lines.

WEF: 19^th May 2025 - Monday to Friday - 9am to 1pm

Phone number: 01 889 2398

This phone number is to facilitate queries from ETB Payees in relation to payee payroll and system access.

All queries from HR units can be directed to ETBhrqueries@esbs.gov.ie.
