Dear ETB’s,

Please be advised that there has been a slight amendment to the System Access Request/Removal process.

If an authorised SMA contact requires their own system access updated (assigned or removed) , they will need to have this request signed off by another authorised SMA contact.

Previously an authorised SMA contact could request system access amendments for themselves, however for audit purposes, a user will no longer be able to request access for themselves.
