Good Afternoon,

Please find attached a Quick Step Guide which can be used when completing a New Pension Payment Form and Death Gratuity/Non-Pensionable Payment.

Please note that the Enhanced Payment payable to Surviving Spouses can be entered in the Timesheet Section by selecting Spouses Pension Payment.

Any queries you may have in completing the form can be directed to Eddie Geoghegan at eddie_geoghegan@esbs.gov.ie

We are organising a walkthrough of the form and some scenarios on Wednesday 23rd July at 10.30am
