RE: Clarification on Notification issued 30-Oct-25 re Balance Codes for Combined Balance Force Majeure/Illness of Family member.
ESBS would just like to clarify that SNA's are excluded from circular 58/2023 and we have confirmed the below with the Teacher/SNA Terms & Conditions section in DoEY:
"The terms and conditions of Force Majeure for SNA are detailed in circular 32/2010.
SNA do not and have never had access to illness in family leave."
In light of this, I have amended the description on balance code FM04 to "TEACHER Combined Bal FM/Illness Family" and updated the notification that issued yesterday to reflect this.
