Re: Update to HR Processes for Unpaid Leave & Return after Unpaid Leave
As you may be aware, ESBS have a developed a series of “Quick Step” process guides to inform and provide guidance in relation to all HR processes. These processes are being formally ratified by a working group of ETBs established to review existing processes and endorse relevant process documents.
The updated Quick Steps relating to “Unpaid Leave” & “Return after Unpaid Leave” were formally approved by the Working Group on the 21-Oct-2025 and as such can now be adopted as final. Existing training documents have been validated against the agreed “Quick Step” document and previous iterations removed from Training site on SharePoint.
Can you arrange to have this circulated to your team, advising that this document replaces all other versions.
