NAERSA are the administrators of My Future Fund which is the new national Auto-Enrolment Pension Scheme.
NAERSA fully determines eligibility, facilitates opt in and opt out to the fund, and suspension via the employee portal.
Neither ETBs or ESBS have any role or function in the process other than to facilitate the payroll deduction of the pension contributions for My Future Fund.
Accordingly, all queries in respect of My Future Fund need to be submitted directly to NAERSA.
