Re: Update to HR Process – Paternity Leave & Parents Leave.
As you may be aware, ESBS have a developed a series of process guides & Scenarios to inform and provide guidance in relation to all HR processes. These processes are being formally ratified by a working group of ETBs established to review existing processes and endorse relevant process documents.
The updated Quick Steps relating to “Paternity Leave” and “Parents Leave” were formally approved by the Working Group on the 17-Feb-2026 and as such can now be adopted as final. Existing training documents have been validated against the agreed Quick Step documents and previous iterations removed from Training site on Sharepoint.
Can you arrange to have this circulated to your team, advising that this document replaces all other versions.
