The most up to date Revenue Payroll Notification (RPN) received by ESBS from the Office of the Revenue Commissioners is as follows:

Tax Basis - Cumulative / Week 1 – Month 1 (amend as appropriate)
No further RPNs have been received from Revenue since RPN number xx, as detailed above.
Please note that ESBS retrieve RPNs at the commencement of each payroll run in line with Revenue requirements. As the RPN retrieval process is completed at a system level, RPNs are retrieved approximately 4 times per month.
I understand that Revenue has advised that an updated RPN has been issued to ESBS; however, this has not been received through the RPN retrieval process to date.
Should a new RPN be received prior to the next payroll run, it will be downloaded and applied accordingly, and any resulting refunds due will be processed at that time.
ESBS will always apply the most up to date RPN that is made available by Revenue to ESBS.
