  1. New PDIS template – This template includes some minor changes to columns and drop-down menus and should be used for all payrolls on or after 1st June 2026. 

 

  1. ESBS – Payroll Data Input Spreadsheet - Batch guidance document – This is an updated version of the document circulated to you late 2025.  It calls out the requirements of the PDIS so that you have a clear understanding of what should be included on each tab and each column.  Please review this document alongside the PDIS spreadsheet for a full understanding of the requirements.

 

Any queries related to the operation of these documents should be forward to your individual pay team for clarification.
