The configuration and set-up were designed and agreed in conjunction with all ETBs and it is not possible to amend the configuration without the agreement of the Design Authority and Steering Group on a recommendation from the Live Operations Senior Management Team.
A review of all business processes (including CoreTime) by ESBS and ETBs is on the horizon which will identify areas of possible improvement and compliance.
We can note the recommendation and it can be put to the group when the review takes place.
