Meeting with City of Dublin ETB - Flexible working scheme for librarians.

1.            City of Dublin ETB to supply letter in relation to Librarian flexi scheme. 

2.            Employees are already set upon the system and FTE works 7 hours per day.  

3.            Some half time pro-rata employees and City of Dublin ETB to supply list to ESBS. 

4.            Configuration of flexi band; 

-  Start time from 7.30am 

-  End time 6.30pm 

- minimum of 30mins for lunch between hours of 12 and 3 pm 

5.            Carry over all flexi hours (surplus or deficit) 

6.            Carry over flexi days are capped at 19.5 and these are to be taken during the summer break (July and August).  City of Dublin ETB to manage this locally.  

7.             No additional costs associated with the set-up of this flexi pattern.
