Further to the ETBI/DCS/ESBS webinar and subsequent correspondence please see below.
If your ETB is assimilating employees to the Adult Educator Scale and this is a ‘one person, one post’ set up, these employees can be processed through the Access PeopleXD system.
Any employees that fall under this criteria, will need to be moved to a salaried paygroup, placed on relevant new contract, with appropriate contract hours and standard hours of 20, and placed on the relevant point of the Adult Educator scale. Please see attached quick steps to guide you.
Clarification is being sought for any employees that fall outside of the above criteria.
