To all ETB’s
I refer to the email circulated in September 2025 in relation to data added to your HIVE site, by ESBS on behalf of the Department, regarding applications received under the Professional Master of Education (PME) Fee Refund Scheme.
A SECOND additional list has now been loaded to your hive site – please include these additional applicants in your review.
The Department have also requested that once the ETB’s analysis has been completed, that the completed spreadsheets are returned to them via ESBS Hive sites. These spreadsheets should indicate for each individual payee if the ETB have deemed the person eligible or ineligible to receive the payment. Please add completed spreadsheets to Hive and send an email to the relevant ESBS pay team informing them that the report is available.
The Department are currently fielding queries from applicants on this and will use the details you provide in their responses.
