Hi Everyone,

Thank you for attending today’s meeting.  Please find attached the documents that were presented at the meeting in relation to Overpayments & Recoupments.

We made the suggested amendment to the documents in relation to ESBS providing the value to be entered on the ETTO, which prevents the system from recouping the full overpayment in one pay period, where a recoupment agreement has been made with the employee concerned to recoup over a period of time.
