We have a claimant who have had a claim rejected back to them for amendment however in the meantime they have updated their car
Therefore, the claim in question relates to a previous period (in which a different primary car was set on their system)

How do they re-submit this old claim bearing in mind they have updated their car
Answer:
The system is date driven and as such the employee will need to select the car used at the time for this claim. They may need to re-enter the previous car details to select this one.
Once they select their old car, the system should look back and apply the rates from that time frame also.
